About

The Ysleta del Sur Pueblo, also known as "YDSP," is a federally recognized Native American tribe established by the Tigua community in 1682. It plays an active role in the El Paso region by supporting the local economy through its government and various business initiatives. YDSP employs nearly 1,200 individuals across its entities, making it a preferred employer in the area.

The Native Pathways employment and training program helps Native individuals secure jobs within the community by partnering with local businesses.
