LOI is a multidisciplinary consulting firm  headquartered in El Paso, Texas. Established in  2003 and rebranded in 2015, we partner with clients  to develop practical, collaborative solutions. Our experience includes supporting local, state, and federal agencies, military installations, independent school districts, A/E firms, contractors, and private developers.
