This inspiring gathering spotlights the strength, resilience, and innovation of women shaping industries, communities, and the future of El Paso’s economy.

Across the country, women continue breaking barriers and redefining what leadership looks like in traditionally male‑dominated fields—and no one embodies this progress more fully than our featured speaker, Tricia Kagerer, CPCU, ARM, CSP.

As the Executive Vice President of Risk Management at Jordan Foster Construction, Tricia leads with exceptional vision in a company known for major civil, multifamily, and general contracting projects across Texas. A nationally recognized expert in construction risk, she is celebrated for her leadership, her award‑winning contributions to the field, and her commitment to reshaping safety culture to include both physical and mental well‑being.
