Medway Pain Center is an interventional pain management clinic proudly serving the El Paso community with advanced, non-surgical treatments for chronic pain. Led by Dr. Tochi Umunakwe, a double board-certified specialist in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology, our clinic focuses on personalized care designed to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

We provide treatment for back pain, sciatica, neuropathy, joint pain, spine compression fractures, cancer-related pain, and other chronic pain conditions using minimally invasive procedures such as epidural injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation (SCS), kyphoplasty, nerve blocks, and ketamine therapy for appropriate patients.
